  • Yellow perch dinner prepared by Chef Lisa Elbe of Ferrante’s Restaurant, which includes Janet Trzecinski’s famous carrot cake – which has been a big draw at the Winter Farmers’ Market!
  • Farming in Ozaukee/Washington County, OUR local food network! Presentation by Angela Rester, Executive Director, Wellspring, Inc.
  • Update on PortFish – Progress to date and plans for the future.
