Non-Profit Organizations Participation

Opening day for the 2014 Port Washington Winter Farmers’ Market is November 1st. In addition to our wonderful vendors, the market will allocate one table at each market to a local non-profit to raise money for their causes, to spread their word about an upcoming event, or to create a heightened awareness to its mission.
The Market will supply tables and chairs, and your organization is encouraged to bring a tablecloth, banner, literature, etc.
Since we only have 12 market dates and in the interest of fairness, each organization is allowed one week per season, which will be first come, first served on date choices. Sign up early to ensure your organization has a chance to participate.
There is no cost to your group to host the non-profit table at the market, however you must apply in advance and complete our application.
This is a great opportunity for your organization to let the community know about
the projects and initiatives your group is involved in. Do you have an upcoming event that you want to publicize? Hosting the non-profit table at the Port Washington Farmers’ Market is a great way to get the word out. We hope your organization will join in the fun.
