Biography
We offer a variety of honey products, including classic honey bears, attractive hex jars of honey, some with whole-spices such as cinnamon & clove or whole vanilla bean along with larger size containers for those who choose honey over other sweeteners as part of their daily diet.
Our bees reside on a mix of Amish and English (their term for us) farms that are actively growing produce for organic food co-ops. This symbiotic relationship is being strengthened each year with more requests for our bees. We are not migratory and keep our bees at each farm year round.

Biography
Presently we produce 30 flavors of natural cheese, including five age categories of Cheddar, from mild to “really sharp”. We enjoy the small, family run, old fashioned niche we’ve maintained, being one of the five remaining cheese factories in Sheboygan County, once considered the “Cheese Capitol of the Nation.”
Besides the basics, we also add natural and tasty ingredients to create new and exciting flavors: Chives, real bacon bits, garden vegetables, garlic, caraway, jalapenos, chipotles, cranberries, etc. Try our “almost famous” cheese curds too.
Gift boxes are available.
