Beefalo is a cross-breed between regular beef cattle and bison (American buffalo), and is far leaner than regular beef. We are certified and state inspected. Although we are not certified organic, we strictly follow organic practices. Our animals eat only grass and hay, and spend the majority of their lives outdoors.
